Job summary
A manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for a Maintenance Section Manager to oversee maintenance functions and lead Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives. Candidates should possess at least a diploma in Engineering and have over 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in people management and tools like AutoCAD is essential. The position offers a permanent contract and involves leading audits and managing budgets within the Maintenance Section.

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport & Mobile Allowance + AWS + VB
Duration: Permanent
- Oversee the Maintenance Section within the Technical Department.
- Lead the company's Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives.
- Plan and oversee maintenance functions within the company's facilities.
- Responsible for managing electrical work within the organization.
- Maintain and update all technical schematics, risk assessments, and FMEA within the department.
- Administer the budget for the Maintenance Section.
- Engage in both internal and external audits.
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing Environment, Health, and Safety protocols.
- Strong capability in people management.
- Having a LEW license is preferable; or minimally must have a basic understanding of electrical systems.
- Familiarity with ISO Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and experience in auditing these systems.
- Competence in Risk Assessment and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Ability to use AutoCAD software for updating technical drawings.
