Position Title: Maintenance Section Manager

Working Location: Tuas

Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8.30AM - 5.30PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport & Mobile Allowance + AWS + VB

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Maintenance Section within the Technical Department.
  • Lead the company's Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives.
  • Plan and oversee maintenance functions within the company's facilities.
  • Responsible for managing electrical work within the organization.
  • Maintain and update all technical schematics, risk assessments, and FMEA within the department.
  • Administer the budget for the Maintenance Section.
  • Engage in both internal and external audits.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in managing Environment, Health, and Safety protocols.
  • Strong capability in people management.
  • Having a LEW license is preferable; or minimally must have a basic understanding of electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and experience in auditing these systems.
  • Competence in Risk Assessment and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Ability to use AutoCAD software for updating technical drawings.
