About the Client

Our client is a global manufacturer and one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry. With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, the organization is well positioned to expand its market share worldwide. They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the leadership team and lead all aspects of the company’s financial management and performance.

Role Overview

The Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the organization, partnering with the executive team to drive sustainable growth, financial discipline, and long-term value creation. This role provides leadership across finance, governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring strong financial stewardship across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Financial Leadership
  • Set the financial vision of the organization and translate business strategy into executable financial plans.
  • Lead company-wide planning cycles, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models.
  • Champion initiatives that improve profitability, cash generation, and operational effectiveness.
Performance Insight and Reporting
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial statements and management reports.
  • Provide meaningful analysis and forward-looking insights that inform executive and Board-level decision-making.
  • Maintain strong governance over accounting practices, policies, and reporting standards.
Capital Allocation and Growth Initiatives
  • Direct capital planning and funding strategies, balancing liquidity, leverage, and growth requirements.
  • Lead financial evaluation of strategic opportunities such as acquisitions, joint ventures, and asset optimization.
  • Ensure capital investments are rigorously assessed, monitored, and aligned with corporate priorities.
Risk, Controls, and Regulatory Oversight
  • Establish a comprehensive framework to identify, monitor, and mitigate financial, operational, and market risks.
  • Ensure the organization meets all statutory, regulatory, and compliance obligations across jurisdictions.
  • Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, and compliance awareness to protect company assets and reputation.
Legal and Governance Oversight
  • Proactively manage financial and commercial legal risks across the group.
  • Oversee the review and negotiation of material contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal advisors.
  • Support effective corporate governance through Board administration, regulatory filings, and shareholder matters.
External Engagement and Leadership Communication
  • Act as the primary financial spokesperson to investors, banks, analysts, and other external partners.
  • Lead funding discussions, investor communications, and financial disclosures with transparency and credibility.
  • Clearly articulate financial results, strategic priorities, and key risks to the Board and executive leadership team.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Undergraduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline; an MBA or other advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Extensive senior-level leadership experience within finance, with a strong history of executive responsibility.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial stewardship, strategic planning, and corporate finance initiatives.
  • Advanced financial judgment supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with sound decision-making capabilities in complex environments.
  • High level of proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical tools.
