Project Executive
Job summary
A leading AI solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a motivated Project Executive to support the delivery of AI solutions, including chatbots and voice AI, for enterprise clients across APAC. You will assist in project planning and coordination, track progress, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has at least 2 years of experience in project coordination, with strong communication and organizational skills. This role is crucial to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years experience in software, digital, or agency project coordination.
- Interest in technology, APIs, or software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning and coordination activities.
- Assist in documenting client requirements and preparing project plans.
- Track progress, timelines, and deliverables under guidance from a Project Manager.

Project Executive – AI Solutions (APAC)
We’re looking for an organized and motivated Project Executive to support the delivery of AI solutions (chatbot & voice AI) for enterprise clients across APAC. As part of the Customer Success team, you’ll assist collaborate with internal teams to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
- Support project planning and coordination activities.
- Assist in documenting client requirements and preparing project plans.
- Track progress, timelines, and deliverables under guidance from a Project Manager.
- Coordinate with product, design, and engineering teams on day-to-day tasks.
- Help with client demos, reports, and post-deployment documentation.
- Contribute to improving workflows and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2+ years experience in software, digital, or agency project coordination (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
- Interest in technology, APIs, or software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
