What will you be doing?
  • Full ownership of a vibrant APAC customer portfolio, delivering assured value and inspiring adoption of a unique flagship fleet management platform
  • Leading and facilitating engaging Quarterly Business Reviews, roadmap sessions, and renewal readiness meetings with motivated enterprise clients
  • Shaping improved support experiences by managing and developing a strong regional Customer Success team, ensuring world-class standards
  • Acting as the creative senior customer advocate for APAC, collaborating cross-functionally to unlock further value and growth for all stakeholders
  • Driving brave, proactive customer health management through data, root cause analysis, and focused value realisation initiatives
Are you the ideal candidate?
  • Qualified with 5+ years’ proven leadership success in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Support (SaaS, maritime or ERP/EAM strongly preferred)
  • Strong background in enterprise software, adoption best practices, and service operations management
  • Brave communicator with assured stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
  • Demonstrated track record of improved customer retention, outcome ownership, and issue resolution
  • Experience in APAC markets, ideally with maritime or asset management software
