As an Accounts Executive, he/she will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Manager with the daily financial operations. He/she will report to the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating and posting sales invoices in high volume;
• Supporting Accounts Receivables (“AR”) function, including processing daily receipts, bank postings;
• Performing bank receipts reconciliations;
• Monitoring AR collections and follow-up outstanding receivables;
• Answering AR related queries from outsourced accountants and external auditors;
• Assisting finance team by running errands for document submissions;
• Any other ad hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

• LCCI level 2/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent;
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting standards;
• Proficient in MS Excel;
• Candidates with no experience are welcomed;
• Preferably able to start work within short notice;
• Responsible, respectful, and eager to learn;
• Highly meticulous, reliable, and able to meet job objectives;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; and
• Polite demeanor and cooperative attitude.
