Position: Part-Time / Full-Time

Salary: $2800 to $3800

Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team at De Beaute Beauty Slimming and Wellness Spa. The ideal candidate will handle the company’s complete set of accounts, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support management with accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a complete set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage payroll, staff claims, and statutory contributions.
  • Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
  • Assist in process improvements and implementation of internal controls.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or service industry.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commit to either part-time or full-time working hours.
