Role Overview
The Executive / Senior Executive, BPIT supports the organisation’s digital transformation initiatives by driving IT strategy, infrastructure improvements, and business process optimisation at a regional level. This role manages end-to-end IT transitions, supports IT operations, and explores BI and AI‑driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business value.
The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Innovation
- Develop and implement IT strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives and technology trends.
- Establish and manage IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance, alignment, and transparency.
- Manage IT vendors and service providers, including contracts, performance, and risk management.
- Lead digital transformation and change initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
- Support in‑house ventures, joint ventures, and strategic technology partnerships.
- Coordinate IT‑related audits and ensure audit readiness and compliance.
Digital Business & Data‑Driven Enterprise
- Manage digital projects and contribute to digital platform strategy.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to deliver business value.
- Support enterprise architecture roadmaps, system integration standards, and long‑term IT transformation plans.
- Contribute to IT and digital strategy development.
IT Operations & Cybersecurity
- Provide on‑site, off‑site, and remote IT support to end‑users (hardware, software, and network).
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including procurement of IT equipment and software.
- Track and manage IT assets across the organisation.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and drive security awareness initiatives.
Business Process Management
- Support performance management, training, learning, change management, and BI initiatives.
- Conduct business analysis and service design for functions such as Accounting, HR, and Administration.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and process performance monitoring frameworks.
- Map business and system processes and support system requirements management.
- Coordinate offshore contracts, SOPs, and process migration activities.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business process improvement and transformation.
- Knowledge of Business Process Management and Agile practices is an advantage.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiar with process improvement tools and software.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, emerging technologies, and technology trends.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
