1. Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients
2. Research and identify new business opportunities in international markets
3. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to PO (Purchase Order) finalization
4. Explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize client value
5. Analyze data to support and improve sales strategies
6. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, delivery) for smooth execution
7. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs

• Qualification: Graduate
• Prior experience in international business development or sales is a plus
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Must be available to work night shifts
