As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in driving omnichannel growth for Ergoworks Singapore—supporting retail performance, strengthening B2B demand, and ensuring a consistent, high‑impact brand presence across all customer touchpoints.

This role suits a commercially minded marketer who is comfortable operating across retail, digital, and corporate channels, and who understands how marketing directly supports sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Omnichannel Marketing Execution

    Execute integrated marketing plans aligned with Singapore business objectives across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels.

    Support retail store performance through in‑store campaigns, visual merchandising alignment, promotions, and traffic‑driving initiatives.

    Work with sales teams to develop marketing support for corporate, project, and workplace solutions (B2B), including lead generation and conversion tools.

    Coordinate omnichannel campaigns that connect online discovery with offline retail and corporate engagement.

  2. Brand & Content Management

    Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual standards across retail stores, digital platforms, B2B materials, and corporate presentations.

    Collaborate with designers and external vendors to produce campaign assets, POS materials, and sales enablement collateral.

    Develop content for social media, EDMs, website updates, and B2B communications that supports both brand building and sales objectives.

    Enhance customer journey touchpoints from first awareness through purchase and post‑sale engagement.

  3. Campaign Performance & Market Insights

    Track and analyse campaign performance across digital, retail, and B2B initiatives using analytics and sales data.

    Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor market, pricing, and consumer trends in the ergonomic and furniture categories.

    Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.

    Prepare regular performance and insights reports for management.

  4. Partnerships, Events & Activations

    Plan and execute exhibitions, roadshows, retail activations, and corporate events to drive awareness and leads.

    Support partnerships with malls, corporate clients, designers, wellness partners, and media.

    Manage influencer and media collaborations aligned with brand and commercial objectives.

    Represent Ergoworks in cross‑brand and strategic collaborations.

  5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

    Work closely with retail operations, e‑commerce, and B2B sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals.

    Coordinate with product and supply chain teams to ensure campaigns align with inventory availability and product priorities.

    Provide structured market and customer feedback to support product development and service enhancements.

    Support omnichannel brand execution to ensure consistency across physical and digital environments.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in retail, consumer goods, furniture, lifestyle, or omnichannel brands.

Strong understanding of how marketing supports retail performance and B2B sales growth.

Solid working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

Creative, detail‑oriented, and commercially minded.

Proficient in Canva, Klaviyo, video editing tools or equivalent design software.
