About this role

Role Overview

As APAC Head of Preqin Sales, you will lead the charge in transforming market opportunities into measurable commercial success. This is a high‑impact leadership role for a seasoned professional who thrives on driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and influencing the future of alternative investments across Asia‑Pacific. You will not only set the vision but also build and empower a world‑class sales organization to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the commercial strategy: Define and execute Preqin’s growth agenda across APAC, accelerating revenue and deepening market penetration.
  • Lead a high‑performing team: Build, coach, and inspire a regional sales organization with clear goals, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
  • Drive strategic partnerships: Secure enterprise‑level deals with leading asset managers, private equity firms, hedge funds, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure investors, investment banks, insurers, sovereign wealth funds, and pension funds.
  • Influence at the highest level: Engage C‑suite executives and global stakeholders to align priorities, shape strategy, and deliver results.
  • Design market playbooks: Develop go‑to‑market strategies and territory plans tailored to APAC’s diverse markets.
  • Represent industry leadership: Position Preqin and BlackRock as thought leaders through executive engagements, conferences, and industry forums.
What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 15+ years in B2B/enterprise sales, with at least 5+ years of leadership experience ideally in APAC.
