Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage supplier quotations, issue purchase orders, and maintain stock records. Responsibilities include data entry, stocktaking, and handling inquiries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Source for suppliers’ quotations and ensure on-time issuance of POs.
- Assist to prepare sales quotations via KPI.
- Perform data entry and sort purchase documents.
Work location: 3 Depot Close
- Source for suppliers’ quotations, price comparisons, ensure on-time issuance of POs and compilation of proper records of receipts of goods and DOs (both local and overseas).
- Assist to prepare sales quotations via KPI
- Perform data entry, sort, and file purchase documents, review purchasing activities including delivery order & servicing scheduling.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers and shipping related documents.
- Issue Delivery Order.
- Keep a record of stocks and ensure that stocks are in order and updated.
- Stocktaking and inventory control
- Handle call and email enquires
- Any other ad-hoc and administration duties assigned
