💰 Salary
  • Up to RM5,000/month
  • 1-Year Contract (option to extend up to 3 years with yearly bonus)
🕒 Working Hours / Duration
  • Mon - Sat: 8:30am - 6pm (2hr Break, Lunch & Dinner)
📍 Location
  • Initial posting: Johor Bahru (JB)
  • Future locations can vary (depends on project sites, e.g. Kulim, Batu Pahat, JB)
  • Company-provided accommodation
🧭 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to on-site project and management teams, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day coordination
  • Serve as a multilingual administrative liaison, facilitating clear communication in Chinese, English, and Malay between management, site teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Assist in verbal interpretation during meetings, briefings, site discussions, and calls to support accurate information flow
  • Handle document‑related administrative work, including:
  • Translating contracts, quotations, reports, and internal documents (Chinese ↔ English)

    Preparing, organizing, and maintaining proper records and files

  • Coordinate with local suppliers, service providers, and vendors, for operational and administrative matters
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow‑ups with stakeholders across different locations
  • Assist with on‑site administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
