  • Plan and Manage Schedule for Technicians
  • Answer All Phone calls and emails coming in
  • Prepare clearance letter for routine service
  • Prepare approved maintenance / service contract
  • Prepare Service quotation
  • HR Duties - Arrange and Manage all Training Programmes
  • Key in all sales inquiry & forward accordingly via phone calls or sms
  • Apply all Security Passes Applications
  • Do filing for office documents
  • Follow-up on renewal on Maintenance Contract
  • Follow-up on un-confirmed Quotation
  • Order & issue stationeries for Office use
  • Key in daily service call attended by technician
  • Project Planning
  • Submit Namelist, RA and all other Safety Documents prior to Project or Scheduled Routine Service
  • Schedule Van for Servicing & Inspection
  • Key-In Works Order to Project List
  • Arrange job schedule with the Sales In Charge
  • Coordinate with the purchasing to make sure that all equipment needed on the job site has been purchased and prepared
  • Attend to Sales Enquiries and complaints
  • And other duties as may assigned
