Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to lead efforts in expanding our market presence, developing client relationships, and driving sales of our cutting-edge robotic solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, marketing strategy, and business development in a fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (digital, events, partnerships)
  • Create engaging content for social media, website, brochures, and email marketing
  • Manage online presence and improve brand visibility
  • Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction and related sectors
  • Build strong relationships with developers, main contractors, consultants, and government agencies
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and client workshops
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Provide insights to the leadership and product teams to enhance offerings
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Any other related duties or projects as assigned to support the company’s growth and strategic goals
Requirements
