Job summary
A leading recruitment company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and sell their products and services. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience and proficiency in Japanese, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills. This role focuses on building client relationships and achieving sales targets within assigned territories. It offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to grow in the sales field.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese speaking counterparts.
- Strong marketing and sales skills with proven ability to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the organisation’s products within an assigned territory.
- Pursue sales leads and visit existing customers.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries with accurate information.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
- Identify and engage potential customers for long-term relationships.
Skills
- Promote and sell the organisation’s products and services within an assigned territory or customer portfolio to achieve sales targets
- Pursue sales leads, visit existing and prospective customers, assess needs, and recommend suitable products and services
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate information
- Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within authorised limits.
- Conclude sales orders to meet revenue objectives
- Identify, research, and engage potential customers to develop long-term business relationships
- Share sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor insights with relevant internal teams to support market responsiveness
- Develop and implement annual, monthly, and weekly sales plans, prioritising activities to meet targets
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese speaking counterparts
- Strong marketing and sales skills with proven ability to achieve targets
- Good knowledge of the organisation’s products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
