Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to assist with administrative tasks related to AFE deliveries. Responsibilities include checking deliveries, recording data in Excel, and managing documentation. Candidates should have at least a GCE O-Level or a diploma in a related field, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Check and verify the physical quantity of incoming AFE deliveries in the warehouse.
  • Record incoming AFE deliveries in Excel and assist in tracking shortages.
  • Track and update SNCA records and monitor all AFE SNCA items.

Responsibilities
  • Check and verify the physical quantity of incoming AFE deliveries in the warehouse
  • Record incoming AFE deliveries in Excel and assist in tracking and monitoring shortages
  • Track and update SNCA records, including monitoring all AFE SNCA items and returns
  • Assist in documentation and filing, keeping track and updating of folio sheets
  • Tracking and keying of patents cost
  • Assist in preparing documentation for billing
  • Assist in preparing proposal to customers.
  • Assist in preparing certificate of completion, delivery note and tracking payment under proposal and contract
  • Assist in doing new BG/BG reduction under contract.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O-Level with a few years of experience in administrative or engineering-related roles, OR
  • Diploma in a related field (with or without prior experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
