A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project teams in planning and organizing work effectively. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and at least one year of experience in project coordination, particularly in digital or software projects. Strong multitasking skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies are advantageous. This position is essential for ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

About this Role:
our client is looking for someone to support our project teams in keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
You'll help plan projects, keep track of progress, and make sure everyone stays on the same page — from designers and developers to clients.
- Assist with project planning and coordination tasks.
- Take notes on what the client needs and help turn those into clear project plans.
- Monitor timelines, tasks, and progress — with guidance from a Project Manager.
- Work closely with the design, product, and tech teams to make sure day-to-day work moves forward.
- Help prepare for client meetings and demos, and assist in creating reports and documentation after a project goes live.
- Look for ways to make our processes better and help keep clients happy.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of experience in coordinating digital, software, or agency projects.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum (Added advantage).
- Strong multitasking abilities.
