We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Key Account Executive to manage and grow our portfolio of key customers in Singapore. This role focuses on building long‑term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts through Syspex’s range of solutions.
You will work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and support customers in achieving their operational goals.
Manage and develop assigned key customer accounts to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, quotations, and follow‑ups in a timely manner
Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities based on customers’ business needs
Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, technical, operations, and service teams) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and project execution
Conduct regular account reviews and follow up on outstanding matters
Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues promptly to maintain service standards
Prepare sales forecasts, account updates, and management reports
Keep updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities relevant to assigned accounts
Diploma or higher qualification
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in key account management, sales, or customer service roles
Experience in food packaging, industrial packaging or related industries will be an advantage
Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and meet sales targets
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong problem‑solving skills with a customer‑centric mindset
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively
Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (preferably with own vehicle)
