Job summary

A local community service organization in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Officer to assist in the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities include preparing reports and coordinating corporate events, while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Business Management and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role can be either a contract or permanent position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Meticulous, independent, and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, slides, and minutes of meetings accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in organizing and managing office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate administrative support for corporate meetings, events, and projects.
  • Attend to general mails/calls and redirect to the respective departments.
