A consulting firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced individual to manage full sets of accounts and lead a team in daily finance operations. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing journal entries, and liaising with auditors. Candidates should have a diploma in Accountancy, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Benefits include a variable bonus and annual leave.
Salary: $3,500 – $4,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.30pm

Handle full sets of accounts independently.
Lead and supervise a team of 4–5 Accounts Assistants supporting 7–8 branches.
Manage daily finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and account reconciliations.
Process payments and support cash flow management.
Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
Perform and review intercompany and key account reconciliations.
Prepare and submit GST filings.
Generate sales reports, financial statements and management reports.
Support the implementation of a new ERP system.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and other stakeholders on financial matters.
Diploma, Advanced Diploma or higher qualification in Accountancy or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with familiarity in accounting and related software.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
