Job summary
A global supplier of specialty chemicals is seeking an Accounts Officer in Singapore. The role involves maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and managing accounts payable/receivable. Applicants should have LCCI Higher or ACCA Level 2 certification and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with a preferred background in manufacturing.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and income statements.
- Responsible for GST reporting.

Working hours : 9am–5:45pm
Working Days: Mon - Fri
Working location: Gul Circle (Company Transport provided at Pioneer / Joo Koon)
Salary: $3000 - $3500

- Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
- Establish, maintain and reconcile AP, AR and Inter-co balances
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Prepare Income Statements and Statement of Financial Position
- Establish and maintain cash disbursement and controls
- Prepare monthly reports and perform variance analysis
- Responsible for GST reporting
- Assist with preparation of budget
- Maintain financial files and records and computerized accounting system
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirement
- LCCI Higher / CAT / ACCA Level 2
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing environment an advantage
