A reputable recruitment agency is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Director in East Singapore. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication with stakeholders. Work Location: East Singapore (Loyang)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
Salary Range: Up to $5,000 per month
Employment Type: Permanent
Bonus: Variable bonus (subject to company and individual performance)
We are seeking a proactive and well‑organised Executive Assistant to the Director to provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and project support. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting the Director across business initiatives, projects, and office operations.
Coordinate and support various projects assigned by the Director across different business functions and initiatives
Work closely with Heads of Departments to ensure smooth execution and follow‑up of assigned matters
Support stakeholder coordination, including internal teams and external parties such as suppliers, partners, and government agencies
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare, coordinate, and consolidate materials for meetings, presentations, and reports (local and overseas)
Attend meetings when required, take minutes, and maintain accurate documentation and records
Support day‑to‑day operations of the Director’s office
Perform ad‑hoc administrative and coordination duties as assigned by Management
Diploma or above in any discipline
1–3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Strong organisational and time‑management skills
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional, discreet, and detail‑oriented
