The Opportunity

The Job
  • Take full ownership of clients’ transactional needs and coordinate between clients, Transaction Services, Business Development, & coverage teams for transaction fulfilment and service performance
  • Advise clients on trade transactional practices & products
  • Support Client service managers with their MI/data related tasks
  • Encourage client adoption of self-serve solutions to enable proactive service
  • Understand clients’ transactional routines, build relationships
  • Monitor client experience, client feedback & service quality
  • Support transformation projects like automations, streamlining of processes.
The Talent
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in automation using Excel.
  • Familiarity with banking systems and trade-related KPIs.
