Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Shipping Executive in Woodlands, Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a full set of shipping documents including BL, Commercial Invoice, and Packing list. Candidates should possess 1-2 years of relevant experience. The role offers a salary range of $2,800 to $3,300 and is a full-time position requiring 5 working days from Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity for those looking to grow in their shipping career.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc.
- Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert.
- Arrange courier of samples and documents.
- Prepare shipping marking.
- Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement.
- Data entry and filing of documents.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
