About the Role
The Product Manager serves as the product's visionary for the product, responsible for defining the strategic direction and ensuring product-market fit in the rapidly growing market. You will drive product success by understanding market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements to position the product as the leading PQC migration platform globally.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Identify market opportunities and translate them into product features
- Align product strategy with company growth objectives
Market & Customer Intelligence
- Engage with target customers (BFSI, government agencies) to understand pain points and requirements
- Monitor regulatory landscape (MAS, CSA, NIST, EU NIS2) and ensure product compliance alignment
- Track industry trends including "Harvest Now, Decrypt Later" threats and quantum computing developments
- Analyze competitor offerings and identify differentiation opportunities
Product Roadmap & Planning
- Create and maintain the product roadmap aligned with the milestones
- Define product features and prioritize based on market value and strategic fit
- Plan integration of research outcomes into product versions
- Coordinate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategy and positioning
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead cross-functional team collaboration (Engineering, QA, Technical Writing, UI Design)
- Work with the Product Owner to translate strategy into executable backlog items
- Present product updates and roadmap to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with business development on customer pilots and partnership opportunities
Metrics & Success Measurement
- Define product success metrics and KPIs
- Track adoption, customer satisfaction, and market penetration
- Report on product performance and adjust strategy based on data
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to market launch
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with B2B enterprise sales cycles and customer engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or cryptography products
- Understanding of post-quantum cryptography concepts and NIST PQC standards
- Background in financial services technology or regulatory compliance
