Job summary

A local e-commerce company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle order processing, packing, and customer inquiries. You will manage orders on Shopify, ensure quality control during packing, and arrange deliveries with couriers. Good written English is essential, and familiarity with Excel is required. Experience in e-commerce fulfilment is a plus. The position requires working from Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively via WhatsApp.
• Experience with e-commerce fulfilment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process orders on Shopify including printing labels and updating status.
• Pack parcels neatly with a focus on quality control.
• Arrange pickups/deliveries with couriers and handle returns/exchanges.
• Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and friendliness.

Job description

What you’ll do

• Process orders on Shopify (print labels, pick/pack, update order status)
• Pack parcels neatly + basic QC (right items, no leakage/damage)
• Arrange pickups / deliveries with couriers (Ninja Van /DHL/Qxpress.)
• Handle returns/exchanges + coordinate re-deliveries
• Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp (order status, delivery, product and service questions) with clear, friendly updates
• Update simple trackers in Excel/Google Sheets (orders, stock, courier issues, returns)

What we’re looking for

• Comfortable with Shopify admin
• Solid Excel / Sheets basics (filters, simple formulas, neat tracking)
• Fast and accurate packing, good attention to detail
• Good written English (Chinese is a bonus for WhatsApp replies)
• Reliable, responsible, able to move around and handle parcels

Nice to have

• Prior e-commerce fulfilment / warehouse / customer support experience
• Experience dealing with courier portals and waybills

Work days: Tuesday to Saturday (5 days) — Off Sunday & Monday

Location: STILL ROAD
