Job Description
Design and execute engagement strategies and tactics that inspire participation, grow and build digital innovation mindshare across the organisation.
Plan, create and execute high-impact innovation initiatives, events and workshops that spark creativity, experimentation and new ways of thinking leading to positive business outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end programme management for internal innovation initiatives ensuring smooth planning, execution and follow-through.
- Craft compelling storytelling and digital communications—including newsletters, microsite content, videos, articles and features—that showcase innovation impact and highlight success stories.
- Manage and grow KrisLab’s presence, ensuring consistent, high-quality content and engagement across all online touchpoints.
- Serve as the coordination hub across multiple teams, managing logistics, content development, event operations, budgeting, procurement, and vendor engagement.
- Develop structured processes and timelines to ensure effective delivery of programmes and events.
- Define and track programme success measures (e.g., engagement metrics, sentiment scores, participation rates, awareness uplift).
- Analyse engagement outcomes and recommend improvements to strengthen innovation culture and adoption across SIA Group.
- Work closely with BUs, IT teams and other stakeholders to align objectives, manage expectations and ensure successful execution.
- Maintain and improve KrisLab’s internal platforms to enhance visibility and accessibility of innovation resources.
- Support broader culture-building initiatives that deepen employee participation and strengthen innovation adoption.
- Any other ad-hoc and relevant duties as required.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in innovation, community building, employee engagement, partnerships, programme management, project management, marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Demonstrate ability to plan, organise and manage multiple initiatives concurrently, with strong attention to detail and structured execution.
- Strong programme management capabilities; able to coordinate across diverse stakeholders and manage timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to craft clear, engaging messages across digital and physical channels.
- Creative and problem-solving mindset with the ability to design meaningful content and experiences.
- Strategic, structured and resourceful, with strong ownership and initiative.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, adapting quickly to evolving needs.
- Familiarity with digital tools, content platforms, or innovation methodologies is advantageous.
- AI-native mindset—comfortable using AI/GenAI tools for content creation, research, planning, communications and productivity.
