• 1-2 years’ relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc.
• Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert.
• Arrange courier of samples and documents.
• Prepare shipping marking.
• Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement.
• Data entry and filing of documents.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.
