A financial services company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage accounts payables. The role includes maintaining records, reconciling accounts, and preparing payments. A Diploma in Finance/Accountancy is required, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Interested applicants should email their resume to career@abercare.sg.
Competenze
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Mansioni
- Manage and maintain accounts payables (AP) records including creditor details and IBG payment records.
- Consolidate AP data from all centres and enter it into GP Dynamics Financial Software.
- Organise AP batches for intercompany billing, fixed assets processing and payment preparation.
- Reconcile AP sub-ledger to general ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Generate monthly AP Aging Report and process AP Payments twice a month, and also handle ad-hoc payments as needed.
- Handle AP payments through computer cheques and manual cheques.
- Perform accrual of revenue for selected centers on a monthly basis.
