Overview

The Accounts Receivables Executive is responsible for performing accounts receivable processes in accordance with company policies and financial regulations. Processes include, but not limited to, ensuring timely issue and collection of outstanding invoices and reconciliation of sales.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile revenue reports with SAP data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Process and update vouchers, deposits, and credit accounts in the accounting system.
  • Coordinate with Operations teams on revenue, collections, and daily financial matters.
  • Record and manage intercompany transactions and billing processes.
  • Support month-end closing activities to ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers, enhancing communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc finance-related tasks and projects as needed.
