Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and ensure smooth operations of all tenancy/agreement matters that are under your portfolio including but not limited to generating invoices, updating sales reports, etc.
2. Responsible for vetting and reviewing agreements and contracts.
3. Liaise with landlords and tenants on all tenancy matters.
4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve work issues.
5. Provide customer service support.
6. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Building & Property Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience (Contract Management/supporting legal department preferred).
3. Good written and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Effectively bilingual.
5. Possess initiative and good phone etiquette.
6. Able to work under pressure & in a fast-paced environment.
