Job description

Work Location : 23 Genting Road (located in Macpherson)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide customer service support in 24 hours call center
  • To tabulate reports and write emails when required

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum NITEC/ GCE N/O levels and above
  • Computer literate - MS Office (Excel)
  • Effectively bilingual with a cheerful personality
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays for night shift
  • Good phone and verbal communication skills
  • Able to coordinate and work well with others

Temp positions for 2-3 months are available too

Working Hours (Full-Time):

2 Rotating Shift as follows :

  • Night Shift - 9pm to 9am
  • Day Shift - 9am to 9pm

(Part Time/Temp) : Day Shift Only
