Job summary

Une entreprise de luxe à Singapour recherche un Designer d'Intérieur/Sales Consultant pour créer des propositions personnalisées, recommander des meubles et assurer un excellent service client. Ce rôle exige un diplôme en design ou architecture, ainsi qu'une connaissance approfondie d'AutoCAD et des compétences en vente. Le candidat idéal saura s'adapter aux tendances du marché et construire des relations durables avec les clients.

Qualifications

• Diplôme ou licence en design d'intérieur, architecture ou domaine connexe.
• Maîtrise d'AutoCAD, SketchUp et Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expérience en design d'intérieur ou vente de meubles est un plus.

Responsibilities

• Créer des propositions de design personnalisées avec PowerPoint et AutoCAD.
• Recommander et vendre des meubles pour améliorer l'esthétique et la fonctionnalité.
• Travailler avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et suggérer des solutions.

• Design Proposals
  Create customized design ideas using PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and other tools to suit each client’s lifestyle and preferences.
• Upselling with Style
  Recommend and upsell furniture and accessories that elevate both the beauty and function of the space.
• Understanding Client Needs
  Work closely with customers to understand their needs, tastes, and how they use their space—then suggest fitting design solutions.
• Sales & Product Presentation
  Present our range of luxury brands with confidence and professionalism. Help clients discover complementary pieces to increase value and satisfaction.
• Building Client Relationships
  Deliver excellent customer service and follow up after sales to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Trend Awareness & Brand Representation
  Stay updated on interior design trends and new product lines, while always representing the QSquare by Marquis brand with pride.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Background in interior design or furniture retail preferred
• Sales-driven and self-motivated
• Good sense of color, materials, and space styling
• Strong communication and people skills
