• Full Cycle Accounting: Own the end-to-end accounting process, including maintaining the general ledger and preparing accurate monthly and annual financial statements.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the entire AP/AR function—from processing payments and vendor reconciliation to invoicing clients and managing collections.
• Financial Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and key balance sheet accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and support the simple consolidation of group entities' financial results.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements by preparing and submitting GST returns, supporting the annual audit, and addressing tax‑related queries.
• Administrative Finance Duties: Manage petty cash and complete mandatory government statistical surveys.
• Ad Hoc Support: Undertake additional finance‑related projects and duties as required.

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidates must have experience handling multi‑currencies and accounting for exchange conversions.
• Proficiency in common ERP software and desktop applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong ability to work in a team and independently with a positive and proactive working attitude.
• Detail oriented, resourceful and strong problem‑solving abilities.
