- Build and grow relationships with resellers and distributors across multiple verticals (EDU, Enterprise, etc.)
- Expand FileWave’s footprint in the region and deliver measurable revenue impact
- Strengthen and scale our channel program and partner engagement.
You will work very closely with a Professional Services Engineer also based in the Philippines, who will act as your technical support and navigator, as well as with our broader Professional Services and Sales teams worldwide. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, visibility, and ownership in a fast-growing region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive channel revenue & pipeline
- Manage activities that support new business growth through deal registration and pipeline development.
- Consistently work toward achieving quarterly revenue targets through channel partners.
- Own partner relationships & go-to-market
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with resellers and distributors in the Philippines and wider APAC region.
- Help partners understand how to position the FileWave platform to drive value and efficiencies for their customers.
- Partner marketing & programs
- Plan, manage, and execute partner marketing activities, including campaigns, contests, and incentives.
- Collaborate with Marketing to adapt programs for the APAC market and local partner needs.
- Sales engagement & enablement
- Drive sales engagement with regional reps by participating in floor days, call blitzes, team huddles, joint events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Deliver effective sales training sessions (including larger group settings) to build partner confidence and capability.
- Presentations, demos & pre-sales support
- Present and demo FileWave to resellers and end customers, both individually and in group environments.
- Work closely with the Professional Services Engineer to align on technical positioning and support during complex opportunities.
- Partner education & advocacy
- Educate partners about FileWave products, services, and best practices.
- Work with reseller reps to identify and qualify FileWave opportunities.
- Cross-functional collaboration & reporting
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to support internal FileWave sales on reseller-driven calls, webinars, and onsite visits.
- Provide quarterly reports to your manager on partner sales performance, pipeline, and engagement.
- Prepare and review an annual regional sales plan with your manager.
- Ownership & self-management
- Set clear goals and manage your own activities to meet quarterly business objectives.
- Proactively spot gaps and opportunities in the channel and take initiative to address them.
Your profile
- 3–5 years of sales experience in a channel-focused / indirect sales environment in the APAC region (experience with resellers and distributors is essential).
- Proven experience working successfully in a partner-led sales model, ideally within IT, software, or SaaS.
- Experience with MDM/UEM or related endpoint management / IT infrastructure solutions is preferred.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable presenting and communicating frequently via phone, video calls, and in formal presentations.
- Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, a proactive mindset, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful, scalable channel ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in English; proficiency in at least one local language in the Philippines is preferred.
