We are seeking a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our products/services in the field. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
  • Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
Sales Strategy
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions and emerging trends to help shape product development.
Networking
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand the client base.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
