Key Responsibilities
  • Handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet completion targets.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and oversee installation activities.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is completed according to specifications, safety, and quality standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients and project teams, resolving issues promptly during project execution.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for effective project management and communication.
  • Assist in preparing monthly forecasts for assigned and prospective clients, including sales numbers and performance tracking.
  • Support project execution, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards.
  • Follow up closely on invoice payments after service completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with ISO and OSHA standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV works or related building services projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
