Job summary

Our client is a leading enrichment and tutorial provider that has been helping students shine since 2002. With centres across Singapore and a strong focus on quality teaching, they’re expanding and looking for passionate, dynamic Customer Service Officers to join their growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students, providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Handle enquiries, scheduling, and registration for classes.
• Assist with administrative duties, including payment collection, data entry, and maintaining accurate student records.
• Coordinate with teachers and centre staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support marketing and promotional activities, including open houses and events.
• Maintain a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for parents and students.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE “N” Level qualification.
• Prior customer service or front-desk experience, ideally in an education or service environment.
• Candidates from retail/hospitality/F&B industries are welcome to apply too.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude.

Working Hours: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend

Working Location: Punggol or Sengkang

Salary: $2,500 - $3,000
