Job summary

A logistics company is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Officer in Singapore. This role requires the successful candidate to manage data processing in WMS, communicate effectively with customers, and ensure accurate billing verification. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of WMS and SAP, and strong documentation skills. The position includes a 5.5 days' work week, with opportunities for overtime when needed.

Job Descriptions
  • Perform data processing, transactions, and updates in KWE’s WMS and/or customer systems.
  • Communicate with customers via email and telephone on daily operational matters.
  • Verify billing summaries with supporting operational documents prior to customer submission.
  • Maintain proper filing and retention of operational documents according to company and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to arrange inbound and outbound activities within required timelines.
  • Provide immediate reporting to the direct superior on any irregularities, discrepancies, or customer escalations.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Warehouse Customer Service Officer in same industry (Warehouse 3PL/Logistics).
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related documentation processes and SAP.
  • Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) for communication with customers and appointed vendors.
  • Experience handling documentation such as operational checklists, temperature and RH reports, and compliance records.
  • Able to compile and submit periodic KPI reports accurately.
  • Capable of verifying billing reports against operational records and service agreements.
  • 5.5 days' work week (alternate Saturday off upon confirm) and willing to work overtime if requested.
