A leading maritime services company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support and Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will manage inquiries about product availability, pricing, and delivery. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and strong capabilities in Excel. Experience in the maritime industry is a plus. Working location: MNC company in the western part of Singapore
Hybrid working: 2 days working from home / 5 working day per week

Company transport pick up at various MRT station (9 MRT station through out Singapore, Boon Lay . Chua Chu Kang . Clementi . Queenstown . Bedok. Punggol. Toa Payoh. Yishun. Serangoon . Ang Mo Kio (no one is expected to stay back after office hour but follow up require after office hour if any)
This is a fast pace working environment and staffs is expected to be able to follow up on urgent matters after office hours and also able to digests whole departmental email
