Job summary
A human resource consultancy in Singapore is seeking a PDI Coordinator for aftersales in the automotive sector. The role involves coordinating Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI) operations, administering related documentation, and performing quality checks on vehicles before delivery. Candidates should have an NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics, at least 1 year of relevant PDI experience, and a valid Class 3 driving license. The job offers a salary range of $2,500 - $2,800 plus overtime.
Qualifications
- NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant PDI experience.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the co-coordination of work involved in the operations of Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI).
- Administer all PDI documentations in areas of job cards, invoices, warranty claims.
- Assign and monitor PDI work performed by technicians.
- Liaise with contractors for necessary PDI work.
- Perform quality checks on PDI work.
- Ensure new cars meet quality standards at delivery.
- Provide administrative and technical support at the point of delivery.
- Follow up on any outstanding PDI work.
