Job summary

A leading marine solutions provider in Singapore is looking for an HSE Coordinator to manage safety documentation and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards. This role involves conducting audits, incident investigations, and preparing reports. Candidates should possess a Specialist Diploma in HSE or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in the Marine industry. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has a strong understanding of ISM and ISPS codes, along with ISO auditing qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HSE, particularly in Marine/Shipping/Ship repair industry.
• Qualified internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow and organization of safety management documentation.
• Conduct document quality checks in an ISO-certified environment.
• Monitor HSEQ programs and prepare status reports.
• Engage in internal and external audits for compliance.
