Responsibilities

• Administer all PDI documentations in areas of job cards, invoices, warranty claims.
• Assign and monitor PDI work performed by technicians.
• Liaise with contractors for necessary PDI work.
• Perform quality checks on PDI work.
• Ensure new cars meet quality standards at delivery.
• Provide administrative and technical support at the point of delivery.
• Follow up on any outstanding PDI work.
