Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Temp Procurement Coordinator. You will be responsible for procurement-related administrative tasks, managing vendor records, and inventory for office supplies. The ideal candidate has basic procurement knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, offering a one-year contract with opportunities to work closely with the procurement team.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of sourcing, PO creation, and invoice matching.
  • Strong accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform procurement-related administrative work and documentation.
  • Handle vendor creation and maintain updated vendor records.
  • Manage inventory of stationery and corporate gifts.
  • Check and verify delivered items against DO and PO.
  • Assist with small-value purchases and price comparisons.

Skills

Basic knowledge of procurement processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
