A leading pharmaceutical company in Singapore is seeking a Deputy General Manager to oversee operations and sales performance. This role involves leading sales initiatives for Ethical and OTC products, managing various business functions, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities
- Oversee overall business operations and sales performance of the Singapore office.
- Lead sales growth initiatives for Ethical and OTC products.
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Manage day-to-day operations across various functions.
- Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports.

Salary: up to $8,500
Monday to Friday (Flexi hours)

Ethical and OTC products
Oversee the overall business operations and sales performance of the Singapore office, with a focus on driving sales growth, ensuring efficient daily operations, and serving as the primary liaison with the Director.
Lead sales growth initiatives for Ethical and OTC products, including direct management of the Ethical Group.
Track sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
Manage day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and HR functions.
Foster effective coordination and collaboration among team members.
Support budgeting, cost management, and initiatives to enhance profitability.
Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to the Director in Malaysia.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
At least 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Proven expertise in sales and business management.
Experience in the generic drug sector is an advantage.
Comfortable working hands‑on in a small team environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
