Responsibilities

• Source and secure new tender
• Oversee and manage 10 on‑going M&E, Building works term contract projects and ensure timely project execution through planning, monitoring of project progress and execute tasks effectively while maintaining high quality standard at optimum cost
• Report against agreed KPIs to ensure that progress against the business plan is measured, and that any gaps identified are remedied with recovery plans
• Take full leadership of the organisation and lead the coordination of all‑site related activities and business processes
• Develop and implement business plans to expand the company, monitor progress and review
• Good leadership to guide, supervision of project managers, engineers, sub‑contractors and suppliers to ensure site progress are complete on time
• Ensure and facilitate the timely submission of monthly progress claims, monitoring of project cash‑flow, budgets by the M&E team
• Work closely and coordinate with all stakeholders such as the clients, consultants and sub‑contractors on technical matters
• Build good business network and secure a strong business base
• Feedback of company and project performance to Directors
• Responsible for profit and loss, top line and bottom‑line of the company

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of related experience in term contract based M&E, Building, IFM projects
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Environment Engineering or any relevant qualifications
• Result‑oriented, resourceful, independent, good organization skills and able to lead a team
• Good oral and written English skills
• Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems for buildings and air‑conditioning
• Proven track records of awarded projects
