Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality presentations and internal communications.
  • Handle sensitive documents with discretion.
  • Facilitate communication on corporate governance issues.
  • Organise meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate statutory records in compliance with ACRA requirements.
  • Liaise with external service providers in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Assist in maintaining regulatory filings and business licenses.

Education
