Deputy General Manager (Pharmaceutical/ Medical)- TK

Oversee the overall business operations and sales performance of the Singapore office, with a focus on driving sales growth, ensuring efficient daily operations, and serving as the primary liaison with the Director.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead sales growth initiatives for Ethical and OTC products, including direct management of the Ethical Group.

• Track sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.

• Manage day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and HR functions.

• Foster effective coordination and collaboration among team members.

• Support budgeting, cost management, and initiatives to enhance profitability.

• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

• Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to the Director in Malaysia.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

• At least 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

• Proven expertise in sales and business management.

• Experience in the generic drug sector is an advantage.

• Comfortable working hands‑on in a small team environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
