A leading fashion/clothing MNC in Singapore is seeking a Secretary or PA to provide administrative support to the Managing Director. Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Prepare and compile itineraries, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and following up on action items.
  • Liaise professionally with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Provide personal assistance to top management.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.

Job Scope:
  • Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director, including flight bookings, accommodation arrangements, transportation coordination, and schedule management.
  • Prepare and compile itineraries, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
  • Liaise professionally with internal staff, external suppliers, and clients.
  • Provide personal assistance to top management.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Able to read and type in Traditional Chinese as needed to work with Chinese speaking colleagues in Taiwan.
